Sign-up process

Step 1 : You must read the entirety of the website or of the Game guide, which have the same contents, before signing-up. Take the time to ask yourself if you are ok with the themes of the larp and the player-pressure elements.

Step 2 : Sign-up will start on the 20th of September and end on the 20th of October, 2026. By signing up, you agree for your name to be shared during the next step, which is the flagging process.

Step 3 : The list of signed-up participants is shared with everyone who signed up. You receive a mail with the list, instructions on which flags to use and a form to fill. During this process, you can decide who you don’t want to be paired with but you can’t ask to be paired with someone.

Step 4 : We review forms and do the casting from the 20th of October to the 8th of November, then inform all signed-ups if they have received a spot or not.

Regarding sign-up, casting and payment, all communication will be by mail.

 

How do we cast ? By comparing answers to the form with our character sheets, and by looking at the compatibility between players regarding the dyadic play.
 

Tickets prices & sponsored tickets

The ticket includes 6 days on site, sleeping accommodations, all meals from friday’s diner to wednesday’s breakfast. A partial costume is provided but will return to the organization afterwards.

The standard ticket is 450 euros. 

One 200 euros ticket is secured and reserved for a person of color. One 300 euros ticket is secured and reserved for a queer person.

The number and the price of other sponsored tickets’ will depend on donations.
 

Payment

After receiving confirmation that you have a spot, we ask you to pay 200 euros before two weeks. Then 125 more before a month, and one final payment of 125 before the next month.

If you don’t answer mails and you haven’t paid the first payment in time, we will offer the spot to another player.

A different payment plan can be arranged, please feel free to ask us.

Refunding tickets
Here is our policy regarding refund for the ticket if you cancel. You are not allowed to sell your own ticket, the team is the one finding the player and handling the refund.

• At least 3 months before the larp, up until the 20th of May 2027: 100% refunded.

• 2 months before the larp, from the 20th of May to the 20th of June 2027: 50% refunded, the rest depends on the person taking the ticket.

• 1 month before the larp, so from the 20th of June to the 20th of July 2027: no refund unless the person taking the ticket is willing to pay a part of or the full ticket.
